Our florists use only the freshest flowers available for their hand-made bouquets to ensure that you can send flowers with confidence. And since every arrangement is personally delivered, we offer same-day delivery on most orders.
Order Changes and Cancellations
E-Florist is unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or presently in route or in the process. We will however do our best to accommodate your request. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your orders, call 1-888-801-3888. Cancellations will be charged a $15 dollar service fee.

All orders are subject to local taxes.
Service Charge
A service fee of $9.99 USD is applied to all order in the U.S. and Canada. The service charge is not a delivery charge, it is applied to the handling and administration process of your order. The physical delivery is free and is a promotion.
Delivery Policy
Every E-Florist gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 12:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases,cemeteries. In addition we are unable to guarantee the delivery time due to any delay that may interfere with the delivery. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, however the request is not guaranteed.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
Please note that a service fee of $9.99 is applied to all flower and plant orders delivered in the U.S. and Canada.
Delivery to Hospitals
The florists in our E-Florist network are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.
E-Florist will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, floral substitutions (including vases, baskets, and unique containers)are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value. Our substitution policy applies to plants as well.

Order-Related E-mails
Shortly after you place an order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. Please put this in a safe place, as it will include all the details of your order, including an order number, in the event you need to contact us.
Same Day Delivery
Same day delivery is applicable for orders placed
before 12 pm recipient time zone. Same Day delivery is
free.
Weekend Deliveries
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 12 noon in the recipient's time zone. In case delivery cannot be made on the weekend, then your order will be delivered on the following Monday. Kindly, provide us with an alternative address and telephone number for Monday delivery in the “special instructions box / field” in while filling out the “ship to” information. We will do our very best to delivery your order on the weekend. We do not guarantee delivery on the weekend.
Unfortunately, the availability of florist’s
delivering on weekends depends on the recipient area,
availability of product and if our florist has
scheduled deliveries on the weekends. It is not
possible to update this info as status of delivering
florists change regularly due to floral order volume
and holidays in general.
Card message
Card messages that are derogatory, offensive or obscene will be edited partially or omitted entirely to avoid potential and unintentional offenses between the delivery person, florist and all parties involved.
Please note card messages can include up to 250 characters on upgraded cards. Mini cards do not have the capacity to accommodate messages that exceed the available card dimensions.
The floral representatives at E florist Inc will try to accommodate lengthy card messages however, the messages may not be hand written. The florists at EFI reserve the right to use their discretion in these occurrences.
Please be aware, floral representatives will usually make basic and obvious grammar corrections, however in some circumstances where “slang” or personal abbreviated words are used we will not interfere with such card messages. Please note, sender’s card messages are considered personal statements/correspondence to their recipient/s we prefer not to interfere with card messages and use our discretion and sensitivity at all times. For your knowledge, card messages are generally recorded as the sender intends.
Holiday Deliveries
Deliveries cannot be made on (some) card holidays i.e., Christmas Day, Easter Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day etc… We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific day or time during a holiday period. Deliveries on a statutory holiday or national holiday may be limited or unavailable on that day. Deliveries are made on a first come first serve basis. Due to high volumes during major holidays, we recommend that you place your order at least five days in advance. For last minute orders, we will do our best to get your order out as per your requested date. In the event we cannot, your order will be delivered the next/closest available day.
